What We Make
Three things, done properly, rather than a catalogue of everything. All of it is sewn goods – the category we can actually make well and customise in small numbers.
Team Orders
Club, school or shop. One club logo across the set, each archer’s name on their own piece, in your team colours. This is where made-to-order actually beats buying off a shelf – and where the per-piece maths works best, because one shipment covers the whole squad.
Typical: 12-30 pieces, ordered before a season starts.
Personalised Quivers
One piece is a real order. Your name, initials or a small design embroidered on a hip or field quiver. Useful when you shoot a line with ten identical quivers on it, and the reason most people ask in the first place.
Typical: 1-3 pieces, often a gift.
Lettered Arm Guards
Small, cheap to ship, easy to personalise. Names or a club mark on an arm guard – the piece most likely to get mixed up in a shared kit bag, and the easiest thing to hand a whole beginners’ group.
Typical: club starter sets and coaching groups.
Why One Piece Is the Minimum
Most custom embroidery in this trade starts at a dozen, and plenty of suppliers start at 50 or 100. That is not arbitrary – it is what makes sense when a blank has to be cut and sewn to order for each job.
We work the other way round: the blanks are already made and held in stock, and the customisation is embroidery applied to a finished piece. That removes the reason for a minimum. So a parent buying one quiver for a fourteen-year-old and a coach kitting out a squad both get a straight answer, and nobody is told to come back when they want twelve.

How It Works
- Tell us what you need. Item, how many, and what goes on them. A rough idea is enough to start – you do not need artwork ready.
- We quote per piece. Written, itemised, including what shipping to you costs. No account, no deposit to get a number.
- Artwork approval. We send a mock-up of the embroidery on the actual item before anything is stitched. Nothing runs until you say yes.
- Two weeks production, then it ships to you. Made after you order, shipped direct.
Order before the season, not during it
Two weeks is production time, and shipping is on top. If a squad needs gear for a specific first competition, count backwards from that date and add slack – the one thing we cannot fix is a deadline that was already too close when you asked.
What We Do Not Do
Worth being direct about, because it saves everyone a round of emails.
We do not make bows, arrows, broadheads, sights or rests. Those are metal, carbon and precision-machined, and pretending otherwise would be how you end up with a bad product from someone learning on your order. If that is what you are after, our compound bow and arrows and broadheads guides are written to help you buy well elsewhere – that is what the rest of this site is for.
We do not hold finished custom stock. Everything is embroidered after you order it. That is why there is no “in stock, ships today” option here, and it is also why there is no minimum.
We do not do rush jobs on a two-day turnaround. See the note above.
Where This Is Right Now
Straight answer, since the rest of this site is written that way: this line is new. The manufacturing side is confirmed – stock blanks, embroidery, one-piece minimum, roughly two weeks – and we are quoting real orders now. What is not up yet is a public price list, because we would rather quote your actual job than post a number that turns out to be wrong for your quantity and shipping destination.
So the form below is a quote request, not a checkout. Send it and you get a person and a written per-piece price back, usually within one working day. If the number does not work for you, that is a perfectly good outcome and we will say so ourselves if we think a stock quiver off a shelf serves you better.

What is the minimum order?
One piece. Blanks are held in stock and embroidered to your order, so there is no cut-and-sew run to justify a minimum. That applies to re-orders too – if a team needs three more mid-season, the terms are the same as the original order.
How long does a custom order take?
About two weeks in production from the moment you approve the artwork, plus shipping time to you. If you are ordering for a specific competition or the start of a season, count backwards from that date and leave slack.
What can you put on the gear?
Embroidered names, initials, club or school logos, and lettering, in your team colours. We send a mock-up of the design on the actual item before anything is stitched, so you can see it before you commit.
What items can be customised?
Sewn gear: quivers, bow bags and cases, and arm guards. We do not make bows, arrows, broadheads, sights or rests – those are a different manufacturing discipline and we would rather point you at our buying guides for those.

Can we mix items and designs in one order?
Yes. Twenty quivers with the club logo and four with individual names is one order, not two jobs. Mixed items in the same order are fine as well – tell us the breakdown in the form and it will be in the quote.
Do you sell finished gear without customisation?
