How the Quote Works

1. Send the spec

Fill in the form with the item, quantity, size details and destination. If you only have a rough idea, say so – a starting point is enough.

2. We price it

We come back by email with a written price for the specification you described, usually within one working day.

3. Confirm in email

Quantities, customisation and shipping are settled in the email thread. Nothing is charged on this page.

Sending a Club Roster

A team order is one logo and one line per archer. The logo is the easy half. This is the shape the list should arrive in, because a name misspelt here is a remake later.

Name as embroideredPieceRight or left handColour
J. AlvarezHip quiverRightForest green
Sam OkaforArm guardLeftNavy
B. LinBow bag–Black

Format example – names and pieces, nothing else.

  • One line per archer, spelled the way it should read on the piece. A nickname is fine if that is what they want stitched.
  • The piece each archer gets – a squad does not have to be all one item.
  • Which side it is worn on – a quiver or arm guard is a right- or left-hand piece; a bow bag is neither.
  • Colour, if the club has one. What the blank is stocked in gets confirmed before the quote, so nothing is promised that cannot be supplied.

Paste the list into the details box on the form, or reply to the quote email with a spreadsheet – either works. Send it with the artwork and every name gets checked against the mockup in one pass. Send it after stitching and a correction becomes a remake.

What to Include

We make sewn gear to order. If you came here about a bow, arrows, sights or targets, the guides cover those – we do not sell them.

  • Item – an embroidered quiver, bow bag or arm guard. Those three are what we make.
  • Quantity – one piece and thirty pieces are both normal orders. One is the minimum, not an exception.
  • Size details – for a quiver or arm guard, which side it is worn on and the type you have in mind; for a bow bag, the internal length you need and the bow it has to carry.
  • Customisation – club logo, names or lettering, team colours, and anything that should ship in one parcel.
  • Destination – country and postcode, so freight and duty can be included.
  • Timing – the date you actually need it, not the date you would like it.

Quotes are per order. Price depends on specification, quantity and destination.

Questions About the Quote

Someone reads it and replies by email with a written, per-piece price, usually within one working day. The reply is itemised: the piece, the embroidery, and the shipping to your address. If something in the request is unclear, we ask before quoting rather than guessing and sending a number that will change. Nothing is charged and no account is created. If the price works, the next step is artwork and a mockup. If it does not, there is nothing to cancel.

Usually within one working day. Every request is read by a person, so nothing is auto-priced and no figure goes out without being checked. A request sent late on a Friday is answered on the Monday. If the destination needs a freight check, the reply says it is being checked rather than sending a number that will move later. The one working day applies to the quote, not to the production run that follows it.

No. There is no account to create, no deposit, and no card needed to get a number, and nothing is charged on this page. You get a price for the specification you described, and you can take it away and compare it with somebody else’s. If it works, the order starts from that email thread. If it does not, there is nothing to cancel.

Five fields get you a real number: the item, the quantity, the size details, any customisation, and the destination. Size details differ by item, so give the dimensions the way you would describe them to a person. Country and postcode matter because freight and duty are priced from them. Timing helps too, since a deadline changes what can be promised. If part of it is a guess, say so. A rough description is enough to quote from, and better than a blank field.

Yes. One piece is a real order. It works because the blanks are made and held in stock, and the customisation is embroidery applied to a finished piece, so there is no cutting and sewing run that needs a dozen to make sense. A single quiver with a name on it and a club set go through the same process. Reorders follow the same terms as the first order.

About two weeks in production after you approve the artwork, and shipping runs on top of that. The date the gear reaches you is approval plus production plus transit. If a squad needs it for a first competition, count backwards from that date and leave slack. Two weeks is the stitching; it is not a promise about a courier. Orders placed in the middle of a season are the ones that run into this.

Yes, and nothing is stitched until you do. You get a mockup of the design on the actual item, so placement, size and colour are all visible before production. Changes at that stage cost nothing. Changes after stitching starts usually mean a remake, which is the expensive way to get it right. The mockup exists so the last round of opinions happens before the machine runs, not after.

Yes. Twenty pieces with a club logo and four with individual names is one order, not two jobs, and the four do not need to meet a separate minimum. Different items can share the order as well. Put the breakdown in the form, or in the email thread afterwards, and the quote comes back itemised so the named pieces are priced as their own line.

No. A description in words gets you a price, and often gets a mockup started. Send whatever you have in the form: a description, a photo of a badge, or a rough sketch. The reply will say what else is needed before a mockup can be made.

Shipping is included and itemised, so the per-piece price you read is the price delivered to your address. Country and postcode are asked for on the form for exactly this reason. Duty depends on the destination and on how the goods are classified, so ask for it to be included in the request and it gets priced with the order rather than a bill at the border.

Yes, on the same terms as the first order. A reorder of three pieces does not go back to a minimum, and the artwork is already approved, so it moves faster than a first order did. That matters for a team that loses a quiver or two mid-season. Nothing has to be renegotiated and no new mockup is needed unless the design changes.

Send a photo and it is remade free within 14 days of delivery. That covers faults in the making: stitching that has failed, a seam that has opened, a name in the wrong place. It does not cover wear from use. The 14 days start at delivery, so open the box when it arrives rather than the week before the season starts, when there is no time left to remake anything.
